Extreme slow download speeds for some files

I am downloading some Skyrim SE mods with download speed of ~5kB/s. Whereas for some other files of the same game, there are no problem and download speed is at ~1MB/s (Usual speed when downloading stuffs).

I am downloading some Skyrim SE mods with download speed of ~5kB/s. Whereas for some other files of the same game, there are no problem and download speed is at ~1MB/s (Usual speed when downloading stuffs).

For example, the 'SMIM' mod at 900+MB takes a few minutes to download at speed of ~1MB/s. But, 'A Quality World Map - Paper' at just 60MB is still not done after 12 hours at speed of ~5kB/s. A different file of the same mod, 'A Quality World Map - Vivid with Flat Roads' have no problem and download at ~1MB/s.

This is the same for NMM downloads and manual downloads, and occurs for various different mods.

I have never encounter this problem in all my years of downloading from Nexus from 2010-2016. I returned to download Nexus mods 3 days ago and the problem persists until now.

I have tried random Skyrim(not SE) and Fallout New Vegas mods and the problem is the same. I have tried to download from the old layout and the problem is the same. I have reset my modem/router and the problem is the same.
