Bijin and Males of Skyrim missing alterations + brown face

[sOLVED] - After 3 hours of testing (litterally only takes that long cause of the load screens) I found the culprit:

IF you use "Humans Drop Human parts," a simple yet very IMMERSIVE mod that helps with otherwise rare alchemy ingredients, BE SURE TO PUT IT BEFORE MODEL CHANGES. This mod will funk up any actor model changes. I suggest putting it very high on the load order.

TL;DR: "Humans Drop Human parts" was the culprit.

Hey guys, back again with the issues.

I finished my mod setup and tbh I got a little sloppy at the end and just checked off on my npc changes mods (not bijin and males, I set those up already) because they were all actor adding and AI changes so far as I know (maybe conflicting issue with populating mods?) My animations mods, and my mesh mods, then did my patches. Was wondering if you guys could take a look at the load order and see if you could see what is messing up my Bijin and Males of Skyrim mods:

TL;DR:

--Bijin Mod changes are missing and their actors have brown faces

--Males of skyrim mod changes are missing and their actors have pale faces.

For easy sorting through the almost 200 plugins and almost 500 mods list I provided a rough guide of the load order:

  1. ) Patches and bug fixes
  2. ) Big mods and overhauls that affect the entire game
  3. ) Quest mods (big or small)
  4. ) Environments/weather Overhauls
  5. ) Large add-ons that add cities/towns/land masses
  6. ) Adds buildings to current cities/towns
  7. ) Plants and foliage mods for the entire game
  8. ) Gameplay changes/tweaks/add-ons such as combat/magic/perks/etc
  9. ) Changes/add-ons to NPCs
  10. ) Visual/textural/atmospheric changes
  11. ) Sound/audio/FX alterations
  12. ) Sorting, menu, and player & NPC inventory
  13. ) Cheat items
  14. ) Character model replacements
  15. ) Weapons/armor/clothing add-ons/additions
  16. ) Crafting related mods
  17. ) Misc. items, as well as small scale foliage
  18. ) Weapon/armor/clothing alterations
  19. ) Specific mods that need to be loaded at the bottom as directed by the mod author
  20. ) Mods that remove graphical effects, like disabling godrays, to improve performance - this goes last to ensure that all mod added effects get disabled too.

Updates: I tested the populating skyrim mods, they don't seem to be the issue because once removed they still have the same issue. So NPC mods seem to be not the issue.

Also, none of the elves or redguard are affected so far as I can tell, just the nords, imperials, bretons.

Only conflicts both mods have are these:

Males of Skyrim OVERWRITTEN FILES:

--Immersive College of Winterhold - No RLS Patch

...actors/character/facegendata/skyrim.esm/0001C194.dds

...actors/character/facegeom/skyrim.esm/0001C194.NIF

--Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch

...actors/character/facegendata/skyrim.esm/00013480.dds

...actors/character/facegeom/skyrim.esm/00013480.nif

Bijin_Mods_Merge (essentially all Bijin mods) OVERWRITTEN FILES:

--Immersive College of Winterhold - No RLS Patch

...actors/character/facegendata/skyrim.esm/0001C196.dds

...actors/character/facegeom/skyrim.esm/0001C196.NIF

Bijin mod has some overwrites to it but those are HDT patches.

Weird thing about it is I had tested the Males of Skyrim and Bijin mods with the Immersive college of winterhold mod before and it didn't cause these sort of issues so I almost think it's unrelated.
