Invisible pipboy / FOV glitch after steam launch

Im using FOMM and launch from NMM via "launch NVSE"

 

I accidentally launched from steam and i have this glitch.

 

When i started FOMM afterwards it asked me something about "fallout.ini" read-only. i was asked this only after fresh install before.

 

Did steam launch overwrite something? Thanks for help.

Try just "cold booting" your computer first. Power down, wait 30 seconds, and then power on. Then launch the game using NVSE.

 

If your INI files have been set to "Read Only", then you will have to manually disable that setting on them. Please see the 'Game INI files' entry under the 'First Timer Advice' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

 

If that is not sufficient to fix your problem, Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article.

reboot didnt work. i had this problem before and had fixed it once, but i dont remember how.

 

it was a simple fix. i think in game. maybe the right console command?

 

it seems to be a 1stperson FOV problem

Try toggling the Pipboy light on and off again.

nothing works. i even reinstalled mesh and animation related mods in NMM

 

also replaced fallout.ini with backups

 

this is very frustrating
