Keep crashing and glitches PLEASE HELP SOS!

I've been having some major issues with my skyrim game. First off some of these issues were not as persistent before i installed RealVisionENB, and learning that i must run NMM as SKSE rather then just run Skyrim through NMM. Note i am still learning and understanding how Modding works, I've been doing this for a few months and recently just got into it. I was super excited on getting things going and being able to play the game as I wanted with mods on a PC that isn't going to be restricted to the console. ANyways I have a pretty good PC

with that being said. I wanted more mods to enhance the game. FIrst i had issues already but not as bad as i have them now. Also, i began doing the thieves guild storyline. Got to where we become Nightingales, but Karliah walks off. So i abandon that because she kept leaving the sanctuary before we we approach Nocturnal and Me and Bryn are just standing there. I began the main quest and now, with a few more newly installed mods something is wrong. I kept getting crashes, and freezes and never ending load screens whenever i entered riverwood. It was after you rescue esbern and take him back to delphine. I would make in the inn sometimes, but the game would crashe, then delphines textures change going from black to a strange discoloration of her skin, like a border lands character look, real blotchy and just a mess. It happened again to other NPCs as well, and a also the textures of grass not showing up and blackened out, put black all over wherever there was supposed to be grass.

 

thats what went wrong with her at times. Now i was beginning to get upset because i had no idea what was causing this.

So from then on i began to embark on improving my game and began DL every possible mod and outside sources like FNIS and LOOT to help me better my game, i joined a Facebook group that talks about Mods and helps out modders, i asked them for aid. I began to add ENB and learned how to make the Memory patch for SKSE, and started to get a little more advanced, i even started installed the ENBoost, with that also i added Memory patch, and crash fixes, safe loading or whatever that helps with your load so it doesn't crash or freeze or whatever you get my point.

I did all this and this is what i keep getting...

 

I have been getting this, and not to mention i thought it was ETaC messing up my game so i removed it and Added JK towns individuallly, and still the problems persist.

Then i thought maybe it's my grass mod. I never had a problem with these things before i started getting more in depth with modding... i was looking everywhere doing all i can to figure out what to do, even watched a few youtube vids but those all vary depending on somebodies PC and settings. I am still new to modding and brand new to PC's

Here is a list of my load out order now... i have tweaked it around but stopped and gave up, I been working working on fixing my mods for the past couple months, but it just seems no matter what i do or try, i get crashes still, freezes, never ending load screens, disgusting textures on random NPC's, blacked out plants or trees, or grass, i eventually removed my grass mods and didn't use one thinking that would have solved things... nope, i found a tree that had its leaves all black the trunk was there and fine, but the leaves were missing, then i went to whiterun, and experieneced a crash.

Anyways, that is my woe, im hoping somebody can endure this long essay i have written enough to help me out. Im at a loss and really don't know what else to do or what more i can do... i've tried everything and done all i can... PLease somebody help, I miss playing skyrim and love how mods make a game work so great.

There my Load out. sorry i had to type it out since i don't know how to copy and paste it from the NMM... but anyways i know there are some probably not typed out right, or if this even helps anyone, im sure the more advanced modders will be able to help out hopefully. Thanx if you reached it this farm, then i salute you. I know it's a lot but Im looking to fix my game, and not have so many bugs and crashes... or at least no crashing... its a pain playing holding your breath waiting for a crash to happen.
