Turning The high resolution Texture pack into loose files

Hey guys, ive been doing a little troubleshooting with the High resolution texture pack. As we all know the high resolution texture pack conflicts with other texture mods to over write the file so it basically doesnt work ( :verymad: ) but i looked up some solution and found the most obvious one which was of course adding the lines to the archive and disabling or deleting the esps so that the normal textures will in fact over write the high resolution texture pack while allowing it to work on things that dont affect it (yes you can have your pie and eat it too).

Unfortunately this was not the case for me even after adding the lines (to the letter ive followed STEP and multiple YouTube and other guide in order to see if i was copying it wrong but same affect).

So i finally found a tutorial to use the bright idea to instead of trying some sort of weird way to add it to archives to instead reconfigure the High resolution Texture pack as loose files and install them through the Nexus mod manager and then let mods over write that (ha-HA!).

Again with still a small issue :wallbash: i downloaded BSAopt which i thought was the premier program for messing with BSA files but i cant seem to find detailed information on turning All of the BSA files introduced by the texture pack into simple loose files (FAIL) so that i can then compress them into a zip file and let NMM take care of the rest.

So i put myself on the mercy of the forum in hopes that somebody out there knows this process and can inform as what to do next cause im tired of going back and forth from the ini to the game to see if i can both use the (darkness of sithis deadly serious and all that) with the high resolution texture pack. (Do i turn the compression to zero, am i using the wrong program?) :psyduck:

lol update tried doing it with compression level 0 and got an error that the BSA would exceed 2 GiB and it would not do it :psyduck:
