Having an Issue Getting Requiem's Patcher to Work

I've gotten my whole modlist picked out, load order set, the whole nine. It's been a while since I've done any modding, but I'm certainly not new to the scene. I've downloaded requiem and ran the patcher before with absolutely no issues, but this time, every time I go to run the Reqtificator I get an error message that states:

 

This version uses a subprocess to automatically allocate enough memory to deal with larger modlists. Unfortunately, this procedure has just failed in your setup.

 

Exit Status: 1

Usually this is the consequence of having the wrong permissions set. Please see the Adjusting Security Settings for Skyrim. If this guide does not solve your problem, please contact us with this information at the bugs discussion at the Skyrim Nexus.

 

I've tried the security settings, and the problem still persists. Suggestions?
