kvatchcount Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 So I am working on a huge update for a certain mod of mine and I want these NPCs to make use of the Travel and Guard function in the CK, where they detect players (or other things) in a certain radius and warn them a few times before attacking. But I can't get the function to work properly as they only warn you, but not attack. Can anyone help me out here? Please no scripts. This mod is intended to be script free. That's just it, I went in with that mentality and discovered really quick nothing really happens without scripts ... Though, even with someone like me who has never made a script in his life, I have been managing to make things work with scripting, you just have to know how things work, google and the wiki will pretty much cover everything for you. Its basically just plugging in something that tells the script when to fire, and then plugging in what the script will do all based on functions specific to the game. Its like what a UI logic system would do such as Hammer Editor, except it allows for more freedom. Luckily for you, what you want to do sounds like it could be done easily with a trigger.
