SinderionsBones
This was VERY recently added to the official forums. The below wiki entry was missing the entry on how to generate .lip files as a batch process (it's apparently easy, but no one told modders directly...) then someone (not me, I'm just reporting) tied it up in a nice little package with the batch file at the bottom. How to generate voice files by batch. The above method will take a folder (a properly named set of files for one voice type for example) and spit out .fuz files, having managed the .lip generation, and the xwm compression for you. So pretty :D Thankfully JOG on the official forums realized how important this is and updated it from a discussion here: Any way to generate lip files en mass? This makes me kind of want to expand my auto naming and exporting from audacity(using labels and export multiple) work too :D For a mod with several hundred line or more I can just see it. Ah, to be able to add some labels in a master audacity file of all the voicetypes (as in, recieved as one long file by a voice actor, or recorded by you in that fashion) dialog(ludicrously easier than exporting 1 by 1 and typing out manual file names, trust me), hit export multiple, run this batch file, and be done with voice... I'm not doing any large voiced mods right now but I think I may cry anyways. :psyduck:
