During my playthrough with better cities I decided to do the baron von zarov questline only now I have hit a snag at the start of Baron von Zarov Files: Trail of Blood I cannot for the love of me find the note that will start the next part of the quest. Since I have searched all of the sewers I have a bad feeling that the note has not spawned or despawned. Is it hidden somewhere sneaky or do I need to skip this part via console in order to continue?
