j2tymez Posted January 4, 2018 Share Posted January 4, 2018 Everyone in Diamond City has the same red overlay that is caused by the targeting hud mod hat can be placed on power armor helmets. Only affects DC. If Piper leaves DC with me, glitch disappears (for example). I guess I am about to go through and disable mods one by one, but I have around 140 mods. Not looking forward to it. Anyone have any ideas? I guess I will start with Diamond City Expansion, but I know that is a really popular mod and I can't find anyone else having this issue.
