Mod that adds energy weapons

Hi all I have a quick question, Does Energy Visuals Enhanced (EVE) add new energy weapons to the game in addition to cool energy effects when using the existing energy guns? I ask because I installed EVE in a previously installed version of FO3 and I deleted and removed the mod and when I fired up the game many energy guns (like Flawks energy gattling gun) were no longer in the game.

 

 

I went to nexus and to the best of my ability tried to re-download the EVE mod that I had running for me to get the missing guns back, and had no luck.

 

This was the EVE Mod installed:

I have since uninstalled my fallout fully so this really is just a question that will fuel my reinstalling and re-modding process as I start over.
