Wyre Bash Won't start though mod organizer

Hi,

 

so i did a fresh install of skyrim installed my mods, loot and skse.

Then i installed wrye bash all went well until i tried to open it to make a bash patch it comes up with this

 

Error! Unable to start Wrye Bash.

Please ensure Wrye Bash is correctly installed.

can anyone please help.

 

I using wrye bash 307 and have installed it correctly.
