Issues with lakeview (extended mod) house?

So I have recently installed lakeview extended for the kicks and right away I found some issues besides the main one. First, whenever I try to enter the area, it can CTD. Secondly, sometimes if I talk to an npc that was installed alongside the mod, it will also CTD. Another issue is that, well, so I installed a custom follower mod (Anastasia) and I somehow turned her into a steward, but whenever I try to get her to follow me, she wont do so and remain in the house like a steward. I tried resetting, k/resurrecting, recycling, it does not work :/ And the last issue is whenever I try to enter the house from the map, it will CTD after I arrive. I know that that was a LOT of questions, and I'm sorry for being so...needy in a way. It just frustrates me since I stuck a lot of progress into my save and I don't want to reinstall. :D

I used BOSS and LOOT and TES5EDIT and disabled ingame auto saves but nothing seems to be working but all this stuff is making my head kinda spin so, I was hoping if the community could halp me. :huh:
