Some enemies don't deal damage on me

Basically some enemies don't deal damage on me. Usually i have noted Dwarven automatons, some draugr and animals attack me their hits dont actually count. I'm not on God Mode, as i still spend mana, still spend stamina and still overencumb. Also some other enemies still deal me damage.

The game file is located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim"

I`m using the original Skyrim Edition with the latest SKSE and NMM, the 3 dlcs.

Before anything else, did you try verifying the game files? that tends to solve small issues like this one.

if you have, then I'd say you should first try disabling all of your mods and loading a save to see if they deal damage. If they do, you'll know a mod is causing it.
