We only support official game versions and users should not provide help to others requesting help with unofficial game versions (e.g. cracked games). If your on-site activities provide us with sufficient evidence that you are a software pirate then you will be instantly banned. If you ask for help with a cracked game then your posts or topics may be set to hidden or deleted, and persisting to ask for help with your cracked copy may result in your account being banned. Unban request If you launch an unban request you should read the “Important Information” in the unban request form thoroughly before sending the request. It is one way – no reply, no conversation.You can launch a request for unban with proof that you purchased a legit version of the game. To prove ownership of a game you purchased online from Steam you need to submit a link to your client profile. Your profile should be made public at least temporarily or until the unban appeal is closed. The profile should include/display the list of the games you own, especially the game you admitted to have run a pirated version. If you have a different username on the game client, you should also add a few words or proof to confirm the identity as the person appealing the ban.
