kane4355
I tried a couple of tests using the collision planes, cubes, multibound, and occlusion. No go with either. Unless... You were to create your own water plane, and set the water type to maybe Puddle or something? Would that work? nope that didn't work. All it did was change what it looked like when you change the water type. I was using blackreach water textures and all it seems to do is change that. It still acts as if its underwater, even if it is a puddle.

Robinsage
Hi, a little late maybe but you can just flip the water on the upper level so the 'depth' of the water goes up instead of down. I did this with a fountain on a second level and when you went on the first level under it there was no water effects. Hope it helps at least for future questions like this.
