HC_ManagerScript. Change the level of Hanger (value) Mult for a food.

Is that possible to make food restore the same number of hunger points as now, but at a lower cost? Or more hunger points but with the same value.

I tried to edit the script, but didn't find anything like that. I found only the way to reduce hunger level (FoodCostPerTick).
