A Question about Wrye Bash

Before I begin, let me warn whomever may read this; I am VERY new to modding, and am still trying to grasp the basics outside of using NMM. So I apologize in advance if my question has already been answered!!!

I had it installed at one point, but it glitched something awful so I tried to uninstall and re-install, but because it is a "Manual Download" mod, I used Wrye Bash. For some unbeknownst reason, the file went missing and I could not re-install.
Now that I finally have it redownloaded (successfully!), I am having trouble moving the .esp and .esm files into Wrye Bash. I cannot, for the life of me, remember what I did the first time around to move the files.
Can anyone help out??? Or at the very least give some tips??? I would really appreciate it.
Thank you in advance!!!

This should get you started: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/35230

I think what you're searching for is BAIN, the Bash Installer, the part of Wrye Bash used for installing mods. The available mod packages will be found on the "Installers" tab, but to get them there they must be put into a specific folder Wrye Bash created during its installation. Usually that one's right next to your "Oblivion" game folder and called "Oblivion Mods". But the guide explains it all in detail.
