I've got an idea for a character and i'm looking for fitting mods

This: https://rd.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28894 gave me an idea for a character, now I don't play Overwatch cause I don't like MP Arena shooters but I do think the designs and concepts of the characters are cool, and it is thanks to Youtube that i'm familiar with Tracer's abilities, so I want to build a Tracer-esque character and i'm wondering if anyone can point me to some mods for such a thing, now i'm familiar with the Bullet Time mod, I already have it installed but any other recommendations, such as weapons or abilities? Please post links, i'd appreciate it

 

and I imagine I could use Bullet Time to emulate Tracer's blink ability cause I would imagine what she's actually doing when she does that is she is displacing time around herself, basically slowing down time around her so that it looks like she's blinking when she's really just moving really fast, or, from her perspective, normal speed so i've got that covered, but i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for ability and weapon mods? And yes I know, no dual wielding but that's not a problem for me. I'd appreciate the help

 

(And no I don't give a s#*! about lore friendliness so let's keep the lore nazis away from the thread, however suggestions for origin would also be good, i'm thinking something involving either the insititute or Brotherhood of Steel but i'm open to suggestions)

Thank you though I have the outfit i'm gonna use already, check my link on the first post, not gonna use the preset cause i'm not really remaking Tracer in FO4, already have the Recall collar, though I haven't tried it yet, and I might check out the explosives. What about guns though. Anything?
