ometera
Thanks for the reply Morwyn Kelm :) I've tried all the above methods you suggested, but I'm still having the problem. I'm beginning to think that my Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT is too crappy of a video card for grass shadows  EDIT: Anyway this video exactly illustrates my problem. MorwynKelm
Very odd. Get the latest ENB from endev.com that has a newer d3d9. Also, in you card's driver panel, reset all settings to default. Edited April 1, 2012 by Morwyn Kelm
mickel7184
Yeah I'm having the same exact problem as he is. I tried the grass stuff, setting graphics higher, setting graphics to default (for skyrim and my graphics card), and nothing has worked. I have a GeForce 9200M GS with 6 GB RAM with 2GB shared with graphics. Not the best set-up but it worked well enough for skyrim up until the 1.5 patch

InfernalGear
Since this thread was the first hit on a Google search for 'Skyrim shadows glitch while moving' I decided to share my fix to the issue: I changed my Windows 7 screen settings to disable my second monitor. This isn't the first time I've had issues caused by having a second monitor enabled when playing a game. I'm running Windows 7 x64 with an Nvidia GeForce 680. I'm running several plug-ins including the ENB series renderer.
gem71
Alright so I have gone through my mods and nothing should be doing this, maybe its the 1.5 patch I dont know. Basically, shadows move as I move the camera, and they will move where they shouldnt be. A tree shadow might not even be connected the tree that the shadow is a part of, etc. with ALL shadows. I have no clue why its doing this but its bugging me intensely. Is anyone else getting this?i have the same problem on my skyrim, i took all my mods off and reinstalled them again but the problem was still there, i don't know what is causing it. HalloweenWeed
Are you sure you are having the exact same problem: "they will move where they shouldnt be." He had a different problem than the usual shadows moving every few seconds from elapsed time. Edited July 27, 2016 by HalloweenWeed
