Modify wilderness level lists?

No it's not hard if know how to use the CK .. but (isn't there always a but) if do this and then someone does the same in another mod the last in the load order will win. If know how to use wyre bash then can create a bash patch to get around the issue. So if do this and plan on releasing then insure include something on this so folks know potential issue with other mods. Also there are a couple mods out there now that mod the encounters can have, not sure if do what you plan or if you have looked at them (SkyMoMod and DFB-Random Encounters to name 2). Still have fun and enjoy the game ... oh another option is to create your own LL (which is what I tend to do .. ck my critters resource have an optional file in there that adds some new critters to the wastes) and add whatever to it and then scatter them where you want. THanks. I basically just want to add all the monsters to the wilderness level lists with their chances of showing up just as much as the normal wildlife.
