LE Request: NPC with a Griffith-like look

I made my character to look like it, but with no idea of modding, I can't make an NPC to look the same. The pictures of it are

The weight is set to the lowest, it's a Nord, the hair is the brightest white, the skin is the palest REGULAR (Vanilla) color, full nightingale set, no hood though, any blue / silver eyes.

I want it to be a replacement of the Jarl of Whiterun, and renamed to either Griffith or Femto.
