Disappearing objects, black texture and exterior creation tutorials

Hello to anyone reading this. I have recently been using the Creation Kit to make, in the volcanic region, a sort of Plateau, were I am going to place a village on top of it. But for some reason, the farmhouses that I put on top of it sometimes disappear, and some of the cliff pieces I put down too. Not only, that, they don't appear in game either. I need someone to help me figure out why this happens. Also, I want to place a different land texture on top of the Plateau, specifically a dirt road texture, but when I do, it just appears as a plain black, almost bluish blob. How can I stop this from happening? Lastly, if anyone reading this topic has any experience with modding exteriors, it would help the entire modding community to make a tutorial, or just give me a link to one. Much thanks!

Double click on the object in the render window. This will bring up the reference panel. "is full LOD" is one of the checkable flags.

By the way, is reported that this problem occurs only for the mod creator. Users will see everything. Also, is reported that it will fix itself after some modding hours.

I have a similar problem with my followers and the camp I made for them. Everything was just fine when I was building it, nothing disappeared from the render window, but when I loaded the game, it wasn't there. When I went back into the creation kit, it disappeared, even though when I loaded the wilderness cell it gave me a warning about an empty apachiihair.tri file (one of my followers has an apachii hair style, and no, this isn't the problem, because when I put him in a Whiterun shop, he appeared just fine) so I am not sure if there actually in the games files, since I have no way of checking if there still there.
