Dustbowl Overhaul Precombined Meshes

Hi, i'd like to use Dustbowl Overhaul but my framerate drops from 80 to 30, i narrowed the issue to the mod editing basicly the entire worldspace and not using Precombined Meshes.

I'd like my game to look like a desert but i'm not willing to sacrefice THIS much frames for it.

Could somebody generate meshes for this mod? I know that's quite a lot of work but i have no idea what else can be done, this mod is horribly optimised and there seems to be no alternative.
