Is adding all the folders still a thing even after adding the fix?

sResourceDataDirsFinal=

 

Do I need to delete STRINGS\ or add to it even with the above?

I just use

[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

 

And have no issues at all.

 

I never used the =STRINGS one since I started playing fallout 4 later when it was apparently changed.

Keep it as sResourceDataDirsFinal=

As masterkid311 mentioned, STRINGS/ (etc) was only necessary for a much earlier version of Fallout 4, and is now un-needed.
