phyriel Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Hey guys. Im looking for some modding veteran interested in doing somethin that would end up being like n1 liked mod. Im talking about some travel overhaul mod, why? basicly due to community needs i observed over many many forums. Yes i know there are mods that either disable fast travel completely or make it even easier enabling you to FT from indoors etc but thiese are not rly good ways to improve traveling experiance at all. Im talking about huge overhaul which would ofc disable fast travel completely but add more ways to travel like: first of all more waypoints for ingame caravans (not just cities but also key forts once they gets conquered for example), option for caravans to get some random encounters waging from mere bandits attack, getting wheels broken thus forcing you to either repair it with proper skills/tools or just finishing travel by foot - thiese are just examples. I rly wish traveling in Skyrim would be somethin you take as an important factor of the game (not just a teleport button) and somehow set you into exploring mode... i know it by myself that when i got this time i say "NO TO FT" i get tempted each time i explore to go there and there before i go back to sell junk i found but then again you got times you want to go fast somewhere like when you want to check if distant city vendor got what you need to buy. One would ask - why dont u decide urself then when you wanna go all the way there by urself or FT? thats the thing - both options are pretty extreme for me - i'd like somethin between hardcore mode and easymode. Im pretty sure many ppl would die to get some real deal mod like this. Tell me what you guys think. P.S sorry for my english, its pretty raw, especially when i get too excited.
