rhartell2000 Posted February 10, 2004 Share Posted February 10, 2004 Hello again, I am creating a City of Towers from all other mods and some new towers, using other mods to really enhance the gameplay. Much like Tribunal and Bloodmoon, this is meant to be an expansion in an area that no other mods are being used, I believe I have downloaded just about all of them in every version made available on an average of 90 websites across the globe. This will be my 9th mod, after I release ZeldaEstatev4.0, I will work on and release of the City of Towers (not sure if this is final release name). I have to get some permission to use some of the enhancements from other modders, but am already putting that list together. The concept is simple, why re-create the wheel, just use what's there, and move it around a bit? & Why let all of the other modders work fall to conflicts with other mods or expansions, missing textures, incomplete interiors, bad scripts etc...? I am back at it, and this time believe I have a full understanding of every aspect to create a mod. Morrowind will be re-created, the game as it stands with Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon will remain untouched. No characters, quests, land, weapons, houses, cities, etc... will be affected. This is project 1 of a complete Morrowind Compendium, we always needed this anyways to stop stepping on each other's feet.
