Please see the 'Game INI files', and 'Restoring to "Vanilla"' entries in the 'First Timer Advice' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. Most likely the problem is not entirely related to "Solid Project" at this point. You may need to perform a "clean install" by uninstalling everything, deleting any remnant folders and files, and installing from scratch and starting a new game if the "restore to vanilla" process is not sufficient.

Removing any mod (much less a major overhaul like "Solid Project") is highly discouraged as it will almost certainly break a game. There is simply no way to tell what will have been "baked" into the save game files.

Did you remove the two INI files in your "My Documents" folder path?

If so, then you have something from your original setup that is not getting removed. Simply installing the game over the same files won't fix that. You need to go to the Steam Library and "uninstall" the game first, and then delete any files and folder that remain. Then reboot before you attempt to install from Steam again, but make sure you do not install to the "C:\Program files" folder path. (The default install location from Steam should no longer be going there anyway, but check for it.) That is what a "clean install" requires.

Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article.

Does this only occur when you start a new game, and not during play thereafter? If so, exactly when (in Doc Mitchells' house or when you step outside, or somewhere else)?
