kevkiev Posted March 27, 2012 Share Posted March 27, 2012 I googled around and it seems the way to the cistern is through the (locked) cupboard just to the right of the entrance to the Ratway Vaults, behind the bar of the Ragged Flagon. Do I have to do the thieves guild quest to get the key? I'm not really interested in doing that quest atm, but I'd like to get to Niruin for a bit of archery training and from what I can gather he hangs at the cistern. I'm not really interested in doing that quest atm, but I'd like to get to Niruin for a bit of archery training and from what I can gather he hangs at the cistern.You need to do the quest where you plant the stolen necklace on Brand-Shei and the quest where you shakedown the Riften merchants.
