"Flickering" hair and menus

Alright, first things first. I've upped my graphics card from a NVIDA 6200 to a GeForce 7600 to stop the constant slowdowns. That's taken care of, but now the equipment menus are flickering in and out of existence and wildly zooming in and out on various parts of it. Same with the hair. Screenshots are impossible to get, and any help wold be appreciated.

 

I'm using Windows Vista with the aforemented card.

Make sure you're using the latest driver available, and try lowering your resolution and video settings. It may be that the card doesn't work too well with the game, or the card doesn't work too well with vista (like most older cards).
