I believe that one of the conditions for the effect to work is that the affected actor doesn't have the keyword 'ActorTypeDragon'. Just remove that condition from the effect. Just remove that condition from the effect.No, the condition is 'immuneStrongUnrelentingForce', and it only protects the greybeards and a few others. I've actually been trying to figure this out for a while. It has something to do with bleedout, which I noticed when I tried to do the pushactoraway console command on a dragon. It's the same with mammoths as well. I've come the conclusion that it's hard-coded into the behavior files or something, so for now it's not possible.
