siegetower Posted August 1, 2003 Share Posted August 1, 2003 Haha, yeah I remember talking about this on the previous general morrowind forum (R.I.P) The peasants obviously have never made the pilgrimage and so they make up fanciful tales for us so as to escape the tedium of gathering slop from mucksponges :lol: Somewhere else in THIS forum I asked the same question about the Puzzle Canal....can't remember where now....but one reply someone gave was that the plebs made the stories up to 'escape the hum-drum of their bread-baking lives'. Thats it, I'm just gonna drown myself now!" And Lo! and behold! it turns out you do have to drown yourself to advance. Now who's kicking themselves in the face? :lol: LOL!!!!
