BigBizkit
Sort of already exists albeit scattered throughout various mods. Anyways, I've been contemplating creating something similar that would give you "hunt them down" missions without quest markers. The thing that held me back is obtaining permission to use the "wanted poster" texture/mesh from immersive bounties. The way I would go about it is to have a radiant system like the bandit quests but instead of a marker telling you where to go, it would only give you a rough idea "last seen near X, very dangerous" with a variety of spawn locations. Actually it would be very interesting, if it was an actual addon for OBIS + SIC. I always wanted to kill OBIS bandit gang leaders/members for a reward or do some monster hunting like in The Witcher. TGDBM
Actually an FFXII style Hunt board was something I was looking for, for quite a while now. It's kind of sad that this request thread was made in 2012 and nothing substantial has come of it yet.
