Double Bash Power Bash bug

Hello, I've started a new play through recently, and since I haven't done so I a while I figured I'd use the power bash perk. Well it works, except for some reason whenever I power bash, my character will do a normal bash immediately followed by the power bash as soon as the regular bash animation finishes (like the next frame). I've posted my load order below, but even after deactivating all of them but DLC, live another life, and the unofficial patch, I still get the bug. I also still get the bug when using a single one handed weapon, or 1h plus shield. It happens in first or third person. I also get it if I remap the attack key to a keyboard key, so it's not the mouse. I also get the bug after moving out all of the animation files from my character/actor folder. It's as if it's how skyrim is supposed to play, yet a brief search of some videos on youtube show that's not the case. I dunno what else to look for really, it's as if Skyrim refuses to pause for a split second to see if I'm holding in the attack button.

Okay I've done some more work and it looks like it has something to do with power bashing while head tracking is enabled... for some reason.

 

*shrugs*

 

I'm working on my Improved First Person configuration to alleviate this, but it's at least something within the realm of me being able to fix now.
