Trouble to initiate The Witcher 3 after installing some mods

Hey guys, it's my first time using nexus mod manager, i saw a post on reddit talking about some good mods do enhance the game experience, so i downloaded the nexus mod manager and installed those mods. I run the script merger to solve the conflicts, and after that, everything was ok. Then, when i tried to run the game (i run through steam), i got these errors:

How can i solve it? Thanks in advance
