Help with adding Caliente body meshes to custom races

Hi guys, I have the Lunari race and I'm just wondering how to go about putting the meshes or.... other data onto the Lunari race. I can use body morph on the vanilla races but not onto the Lunari race. Could someone give me a very detailed explanation on this? just tell me it step by step on what goes where.

 

I've searched all over here and YouTube demo videos but haven't been able to find anything related or a how to, well I did find one on here, but it wasn't detailed enough for me to follow.

What are you using to install it? I just installed it using MO, and the NMM download since I have MO set up for it. The installer gave me the option to use the CBBE body on the second screen, didn't seem to have any bodyslide problems.

I may have not clicked the CBBE button for the installation...this is my first week moding tnh. Does CBBE have something to do with custom races?

Modded races use their own body mesh. You need to copy to meshes that are generated by bodyslide into the folder for the Lunari meshes.


Copy femalebody_0.nif and femalebody1.nif from data\meshes\actors\character\character assets into the character assets folder of the Lunari race. If you use MO the bodyslide meshes will be located in Mod Organizer\Overwrite\meshes\actors\character\character assets instead.
