Unable to login on nexusmods after changing password

Hello.

 

I recently changed my password and I'm not able to login on the nexus mods website or on NMM anymore (getting password incorrect/invalid error). The same password works to log in on the forums (and it automatically logs me on the website too), but it doesn't work when I try it directly on the main site.

 

EDIT: After changing the password a few more times and trying different combinations I have discovered that this only happens if the beginning or ending characters of the password are spaces.

Could someone else please try this to see if it's an actual issue?

"Special" characters don't work on the "Files" (mods) side, but do on the "Forums" side.

 

You can select a p/w without special characters, or you can always log-in to the Forums first. (Which is what I do.)

I understand, but it's very inconsistent, for example the password works if the spaces are through it, but not when they're at the end/beginning.

 

There's probably other users who have/will encounter this, as such (if this isn't going to be fixed) I'm proposing that a warning is put on the Email & Password page regarding this.
