Hellscreamy
So this is the problem, I made a companions mod for my game in which I used community-made hair-styles and spells. I could link all the files using the esm/esp-ify method. After I was done I went and manually changed a few load orders of mods using Wyrebash. I placed several of the hairstyles higher in the prioritylist so mods using these could find them. However, after doing this my own mod suddenly crashed the game (tested it multiple times before it). I have these crashes a few seconds after the gameworld starts loading (after the menu). I checked Wyrebash and it showed me that the linked master files were affected by this change in order. I have mods made by other people using the exact same mods, but they aren't affected. Is there a way to redirect the links for the files in Wyrebash, BOSS or Creationkit? Or is there another way to fix this easily? It seems that putting them back in the old order doesn't change it.
David Brasher
Very odd. Slave files must load after their master files, be they .esps or .esms. But I have not heard of a case where the mod cared what order its masters were in, and have not heard of a case like this where the problem could not be fixed by restoring the original load order.
