Skyrim Crashing When Leaving Sleeping Giant Inn

When I leave the sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood, it glitch's and instantly closes the Game, no error, no nothing just shuts it off instantly, yes this should answer your question, I am running the most recent version of Skyrim, with a s*** ton of mods, so it is not vanilla, and again answering one of your questions, Skyrim.esm is loaded first, and after it shuts down with out an error, I of course try to start it up again the following errors occur:

 

Can not enumerate subscribes (PS - What does this mean?)

Steam Cloud failed to load, if you are logged in somewhere else that is the issue. (PS - I'm not logged in, I've contacted steam multiple times on this)

Failed to download a subscribed file! Steam error 16 (PS - Not sure why..?)

 

Thats about it, along with the game not loading most mods that add more places, I've only been able to add certain ones... like...

Along with a lot of other mods I'm just not gonna bother mentioning, because there's 183... so yeah, any fix's for this, or others experiencing similar things? Any and all help is appreciated, also I've got a couple bugs to tell you about on the Nexus Mod Manager:

 

When I download mods with NMM on the site, the built in button that launch's the program, it doesn't let me download some... so hopefully that gets fixed soon, anyway yeah, if you guys could help me with the bugs I told you about above that'd be bloody great!! :D
