Chokelate
I'm trying to create a new rug, using an already existing mesh from the game (player ruined home rug 02 mesh).Since I'm new to modding in FO4 I've been following this tutorial: Everything seems to be going well, I even got the alpha to work in the previews, but the rug just isn't showing up ingame. Now when I open the ESP I made with help of the tutorial, none of the files I have made are showing up, as if it's empty.Could I be making a mistake? Also I would worry about saving a lot of redundant files using the method in the tutorial, does anyone have thoughts about that?A quick rundown of what I did in the CK, all according to the tutorial:I went through data > fallout4 > object windowUnder worldobjects > static > setdressing > Rugs/Playerhouse_Ruin - I created a new file, but it just seemed to show up under setdressing and not under either of the sub-options. It also didn't seem to have any effect on the item showing up as to which one I used.Under misc > formlist - I created a new list that references to the fileUnder items > constructible objects - I created a new file that had similar properties to the original rug, but of course references to the new files and has it's own name. Then I saved, like in the tutorial.Maybe the creator is missing a step, or I didn't pick it up when I watched it, but I've watched it a couple of times! Would be great if I could get any help on this.
Chokelate
I just tried it again by duplicating an object, formlist and crafting recipe with no success so I feel like it really might be related to CK not saving properlyAnd I noticed the file it creates while saving is only 1kb :ermm:
