Black bars on half the screen

Hello everyone. Im currantly having some issues with my screen. Whenever i load a save and enter a load screen (travelling, leaving house, etc) i get these black bars covering half my screen. Also, the part that is covered by these black bars has no shadows at all, whereas the part that is not has normal shadows. It happens quite often, but after playing a while it goes away. It started happening after i installed Revenant ENB, but i dont why would that be the problem. Im attaching an image of the problem and also my load order. https://imgur.com/f9wVUgO

I've got the exact same problem but I use Tetrachromatic ENB, and even when I switch it off the weird screen effect remains.

In case you or someone else still need help with this, I found out that disabling the "Immersive first person view" mod seems to stop the issue. I don't see that mod in your load order so I suppose the real problem is something bigger, and Immersive FPV just helps making it happening.
