Vamparism Poison Immunity, too powerful?

I've recently been playing a very alchemy heavy build with the ordinator perk overhaul, hunterborn and beyond skyrim bruma. It has allowed the use and effectiveness of poisons and potions to go through the roof. That being said, I also side with the Dawnguard and have a couple mods that make hunting vampires truly a life or death situation. Now, last I checked Vampires don't have 100% poison resistance, but rather full blown immunity. Please correct me if I'm wrong. All I know is when using one of my favorite poisons(poison of weakness to poison, reduces poison resistance by 105% plus 158 points of damage) it still says its resisted or has no effect. I'm just curious if Vanilla Vamps should be affected by this or not, and if not, is it possible to change it from immunity to 100% resistance...I just realized, would 100% resist prevent the 105% weakness to poison from activating in the first place?

The short of it being, is it possible to make a mod that takes away Vampire poison immunity and instead gives say, 99.9% poison resistance? Just enough that a potent poison of weakness to poison makes them at the very least susceptible.

Dragur are 100% resistant, and also undead, but dragur cant restore all their health with a potion of ultimate healing, while vamps (the dragonborn) can. If logic follows, vamps can benefit from potions and should also be susceptible to poison, if only a little.
