Archmage quarters, with Immersive College of Winterhold is still the best one for this purpose (not speaking about "evil mages", in which there are tons of house mods). This would be for a good mage: no skulls, no blood, no corpses.Until now, I've been using the Archmage quarters and Aemer's Refuge, but this one is too big for me. The idea would be a not-too-big house, located in some centered area, or in the woods near Falkreath. The interior would be full of magical clutter, Elianora-type, or even better: a library. The walls covered with bookshelfs up to the ceiling, a studio for the mage to study his books, wide cathedral-type windows... that would be the idea. Hope this is not much asking. Roadhouse699 Posted January 20, 2018 Share Posted January 20, 2018 I don't mean to sound harsh, but I HIGHLY suggest trying to make this yourself. House mods are stupidly easy to make, and it's by far the best way to start learning how to use CK, which can be very beneficial for any Skyrim player. I know the idea of modding a game can sound really difficult at first, but honestly, simple stuff like this is really easy to do. Doesn't take too long, either. I'll take a look at this, since you say it easy enough to star modding by yourself. Thank you for your quick response.
