How is it possible to set the weapon Impact (flying enemys through a sword)

Hi i just wanna know: is there a console command to raise the Impact of MY weapon? I wanna make people fly away like sauron if i hit them. I know theres a mod for sauron but i wanna have this effect with all of MY weapons :D
