(Idea) Screenshot paintings mod

So I was playing with my Bard in Oblivion, when in Anvil I saw this woman doing a painting about the Lighthouse. Suddenly, an idea came to my mind: "It would be great for a bard-like or merchant charachter to be able to do that. But how to do so in this game?". So I started to look for a mod that actually did that or something like that.

 

Of course, I found nothing. But I did find that you can change the images in the oblivion's canvas. Suddenly, while searching in google, a picture of Pikachu appeared. And it hit me. Remember Pokemon Snap? That old N64 game where you had to take pictures of pokemon? Well imagine this:

 

A paint making mod based on screenshots. This screenshots have more or less points depending on contents (like place, ilumination/hour/creatures, buildings, people, etc). Then you could sell this pictures for money, depending on specific NPC likings (for example, orcs may like pictures of people fighting, and pay more for them)

 

Example of quest.

You receive a quest in Anvil from a Nord old lady. She tells you about how melancholic she is about her life in Skyrim, but because of an age sickness she cannot go back there anymore. She wishes to see the mountains again though.

Smelling the chance for some money, or moved by compasion, you tell her that you are actually skilled in painting. She asks you then to go to Bruma and paint the mountains at dawn, when the snow looks brighter.

You go, and there you pick your paint, brushes and canvas, and paint the mountains. The actual picture is a screenshot you took from where you are painting, and it prints to the canvas. It also included a wolf hunting a deer, just by chance. It does take you some hours doing it so (wait command).

When you are back in Anvil, you show it to the old lady. She is also happy about you painting the deer and the wolf, it reminds her of her old times. So you receive your reward and a bonus.

 

Now, I would be happy if someone made this mod. If not, I could try to learn, but would it be too much for someone who knows nothing about modding?
