pra
I have some problems with this mod I made: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/29220 For some of the interior cells affected, I created a new location. I've done this because I noticed that if an interior has the same location as an exterior workshop, this can lead to problems. Like, settlers arriving in the interior instead of in the actual settlement. Anyway, the CK gives me errors like these: MASTERFILE: <CURRENT> LCTN 'CroupManorLocation' (0003C0FE) Special ref 'Loot_Prewar_Trunk_Boss' (001304D4) no longer in location.MASTERFILE: <CURRENT> LCTN 'CroupManorLocation' (0003C0FE) Special ref 'LvlFeralGhoulBossAggro800' (001A6C75) no longer in location.MASTERFILE: <CURRENT> LCTN 'CroupManorLocation' (0003C0FE) Special Ref 'praCroupBasementWorkshop' (01000804) is not in the Special Ref data.MASTERFILE: <CURRENT> LCTN 'CroupManorLocation' (0003C0FE) Warnings were encountered validating unloaded ref data for Location 'CroupManorLocation' (0003C0FE). I don't quite understand what it means, or how to fix this, but I suspect that this could be problematic. Should I move the boss and the bosstrunk outside of the basement, into the exterior, which still is CroupManorLocation? I SUSPECT that it could break the settlement liberation quest. The other thing is praCroupBasementWorkshop. This isn't even supposed to be at CroupManorLocation, but at the new one I made. What does this error even mean? speedynl
you changed the loc(int) the mobs ect still have the old loc(in 1 of the tabs, forgot the names), so the game see the old loc but it don't match the new name = erroryou can ignore it all is still there, or you have to check the loc/persist i think on the tabs for the mobs ect as for the wb if you places it there before you renamed made a new loc, the game still think its in the old 1 remove the wb, place a new 1 in the new loc(int) ck/game can be tricky sometimes when changing names ect, best way is make new loc before you place anything, then place your stuff check the persist/loc on all the mobs items ect if they point to the old loc and change it
KahvozeinsFang
I have this same error, except for mine is from Random Encounter attack markers in the form of xmarkerheadings. <Current>LCTN 'CommonwealthLocation' (00002CF0)Special ref 'XmarkerHeading' (00187270) no longer in location Same error for xmarkerheadings:(0018726F)(0018726E)(0018726D) I changed the location to make a settlement. Is there any fix for these errors? I don't have a persistent location tab on xmarkerheadings.
speedynl
if i remember right the xmarker and heading marker have the option to set location, first tab, set it to the right name, see if that helps and or check the marker how its set up, disable it, place a new 1, in the right place, although disabling a marker not always helps, i can remember ck stil think it belong is thereif the error don't break anything just ignore it then
KahvozeinsFang
I moved the xmarkerheadings into a very nearby cell that still has the Commonwealth location. Then I opened the plugin with fo4edit and seen somehow the "Commonwealth location" was changed. I know I didn't make any changes to that location. So I removed the block with that record and the error hasn't shown up since. I'm not going to say it's fixed though. I don't have enough experience with fo4edit to know exactly what I did. But at least I don't have it showing up when loading the plugin in the CK anymore. Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it.
