Can't reach the OK button to make new NPC in CK

use ctrl + alt and the right direction key ...will rotate screen

 

Actually on my PC this does nothing, but it's not actually going to fix the issue at hand. To be clear, it's not that I cannot reach the bottom of the window -- I see the bottom of the window just fine -- it's that at the bottom of that window everything from the preview options to see how your NPC is coming along is actually cut off. There is the window frame bottom, but no OK button.

 

I have put my mouse at the top and tried holding shift tab too, which works with some of these windows in CK but I'm getting nowhere, XP just makes an error sound.
