Missing beacon

I'm decently new to the whole modding thing, not good at explaining thing either. but just to get to the point. after downloading mods such as homemaker - expanded settlements and settlement keywords expanded, i for some reason can no longer find the recruitment beacon. and yes, i have searched trough every single object in the workshop menu with said mods on. and it's simply not there and i am not sure how to fix this, even if i try to get mods that ad new radio beacons. i still can't find it i need seriously need help, i have zero clue what to do.

PS. no, i'm not talking about settlements such as boston airport. and yes, i have played far enough in the story. i am so long into it infact that i am about to take back the castle.
