Patrograd
Jeez, you're all thinking, his first post and he's begging already. You cant be serious, I mean we dont know you or anything. Well, sorry  Anyway, I am building The Trial of Champions, and have been doing so for about 5 weeks now. Still plenty to do, but most of the basic structure and quest related stuff and scripting is done. To date, I have used only the models from in game, and thats fine as far as it goes, helps to keep it nice and 'Morrowindy' (if such a word exists). The more I do, however, the more I think that a couple of custom creatures would really enhance things. Sadly, whilst I can do the design and the layout and the scripts and the dialogue, one thing I certainly am not is an artist, so this is completely out of my reach, unless, of course, one (or more) of you wonderful people can spare the considerable time to help. Anyway, there are two, perhaps three creatures that would really make the dungeon complete. These are creatures that I cant really find a suitable Morrowind equivalent for. Some brief descriptions: Rock grub: Large maggotty type thing that tunnels through rocks, eating everything in its path. Currently an oversized scrib, but thats a bit lame Bloodbeast: This is sort of a big fat thing that lives in a pool of slime. Has several fake eyes (actually blisters) that hide its one weakness, its real eyes. Nothing even vaguely similar in MW Manticore: This is more like a Lion than anything else, except its tail is covered in spikes which it shoots at hapless passers by. Anyway, I have complete descriptions of all these beasties if anyone's interested. If that sounds like you, and you have the expertise to help, then I'd be very appreciative. This is planned as the first of many little projects, and I'd like to get it (the Trial of Champs) all done and dusted in about two months from now. Obviously still alot to do - all the fine detail stuff...lighting, furniture, sounds and the like, all of which is no trouble for me at all. BUT, this modelling..... Drop me a PM if you're interested, and if you're not, then standby to fight some oversized scribs..... :(
