ramonfg95
(I don't know if this topic is in the right category ) Can someone add simple dialogue with the vanilla voices to generic nps? I installed a mod that add generic NPCS to Skyrim SE ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4560) its very cool to have a bit more life in the game, but i think it lacks, simple conversation Where you headed, do you sell anything, or just say hello, ask if they need anything to fetch or something delivered i don't know Just something to talk with them will be nice Im tired of hearing: Hm?, do you need something, what do you need, and after that i cant reply and i start to wander again Thanks for reading! Deleted3897072User
It's easy to create interesting dialogue trees, as long as you don't mind not hearing what is being said and rely on reading subtitles. However, if you want to hear the NPC actually speaking your new lines, you need to arrange for a voice-over artist to record them. They won't sound like the existing voices in the game, so you can't just tack on some extra lines; you need to create complete new voice sets from scratch and record everything the new NPC could possibly say in the game. That's what modders who create custom-voiced followers do and it is very time-consuming which is why there aren't many of them. In a game where NPCs are robots with synthesised voices, you could record a voice synthesiser reciting all of your lines. But there aren't any robots in Skyrim. So far ...
